Sam Stokes roles include Investment Banking Analyst at Entoro and Corporate Development at 1transfer. He joined the firm from Benchmark International’s industry agnostic middle and lower-middle market sell-side M&A division, where he worked on the deal team assisting in due diligence, constructing go-to market strategies, and relationship management with clients and private equity, venture capital, and strategic buyers. Sam’s focus was within the energy and industrial sectors; however, he assisted in the acquisition of several transactions outside of these areas including, but not limited to, technology and healthcare. Sam’s deal experience includes the acquisition of Gene Larew Lures by PRADCO Outdoor Brands, an EBSCO Industries portfolio company, and the acquisition of DevelopScripts, an auction-based SaaS company, by Awection Inc. Prior to Benchmark, Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi’s Patterson School of Accountancy. Sam’s skills include problem solving, project management, communication, and relationship management. Sam’s passions include golf, tennis, and travel.
