Sean Levine is Managing Director and Head of Reg A and Reg CF offerings at Entoro, where he helps his clients navigate the exempt capital raise landscape. More broadly, Levine is an investment banker, attorney, securities analyst, entrepreneur and consultant with a focus on exempt securities offerings, financial publishing, data analytics and modeling, energy markets, fundamental and technical equity and commodity analysis, and trading system development. Prior to his time with Entoro, he led a research team focused on design, development and optimization of unconventional/innovative trading systems, also writing newsletters and reports on the oil and gas industry, economic and geopolitical dynamics. Levine holds the Series 7, 63, 24, 86, and 87 securities licenses, and is licensed to practice law (inactive status) in West Virginia. Levine analyzes problems from a variety of perspectives, and has strong planning, analytical, collaboration, negotiation, and mediation skills.
